3. Customized Orders (VIP & Corporate)

• Customized boxes and special orders require a minimum of 10 working days for preparation.

• Orders will be confirmed only after approval of all details, including design, quantities, and specifications.

4. Delivery

• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location, order size, and operational factors.
• Ektifa is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services or unforeseen circumstances.

• Our products are prepared and packed in facilities that may handle nuts, dairy, gluten, and other allergens.
• While we maintain high quality and safety standards, cross-contact may occur.
• Customers with allergies or dietary restrictions are advised to review product details carefully before consumption.
• Ektifa shall not be held liable for any allergic reactions.

6. Returns & Refunds

• Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
• Returns or refunds are only accepted in cases of damaged or defective items upon delivery.

7. Storage & Handling

• Products should be stored according to the instructions provided on the packaging.
• Exposure to heat, humidity, or improper handling after delivery may affect product quality, for which Ektifa is not responsible.
